Balanced, steady and adjustable pressure system:
The equipment can be adjusted and controlled freely within 8-12 tons pressure according to the work piece size.
Platform pressure sending systems:
The equipment's working platform is installed with pressure sensing system. When the preset pressure is reached, pressurising will be automatically stopped: high degree of automation and without manual control.
Large flow rate negative pressure vacuum system:
Powerful negative pressure system can instantly up to the physical maiximum value of -0.097 Mpa without the stage vacuum. It can under the ideal condition all the time and more convinient for operation.
Integration designs:
The equipment is integrated with suction moulding, pressure moulding, blow warming up with complete functions and less operating space.
Nondestructive disassembly and assembly:
The equipment's overall structure is in modular design and can be selected according to the size of the work's piece.
Sectional type warming up:
The softning case adopts sectional warming up. Different warming up modes can be selected according to the size of the work piece.
Low electrical cost:
The heating cabinet's adopts star connecting type with longer service life and low electric cost and automatic control function. The control system adopts printed circuit board and high power vacuum pump.
Highly efficient & durable deck material:
The platform plate is imported from Australia with B heat proof ability, solving the problem with the iron plate deck that has to cool down before forming and free the fault with the density palte deck that is easily damaged and giving superior quality.
Weak current type touchable key ad :
The equipment can be operated with both the touchable key and handheld manipulator, easy operation and simple maintenance.
Unrestricated service voltage:
The equipment has two models 220V / 380V to the customer's needs
